Health and Population Minister Ahmed Emad Eldin Rady received Wednesday a delegation representing the French Embassy and the French Development Agency (AFD) to discuss means of boosting joint cooperation in the medical field.
The meeting took up the successful experience especially offering mobile clinics to examine patients similar to the one applied in Algeria, said Health Ministry spokesman Khaled Megahed.
The French side suggested adopting this idea in Egypt, the spokesman reiterated.
Rady probed with the delegation inaugurating mobile hospitals with operation rooms, intensive care unit and a pharmacy instead of clinics, Megahed asserted.
The minister underlined that the mobile hospitals will offer medical services to remote areas via getting soft loan from the French government, the spokesman affirmed.
