President of the Judges Club announces holding the presidential elections in 118 countries outside Egypt

The National Elections Commission, headed by Chancellor Lashin Ibrahim, held a press conference at its headquarters in central Cairo this afternoon in conjunction with the start of the first round of voting for Egyptians abroad.
