French writer Bertholet: Qatar used Arab Spring to raise terrorism in region

Pierre Bertholet, The French writer and thinker, accused Qatar of exploiting Arab spring revolutions in Egypt, Syria, Libya and Yemen to raise chaos and support terrorist groups in a bid to enforce its hegemony and become the new Sunni power in the region.

Bertholet asserted before the conference “Qatar: Side Scenes of Middle East Crises”, organized by “Al Bawaba” Institution in Paris,  that Qatar uses all illegal means, including cooperation with  Muslim Brotherhood terrorist group, to impose a scheme of chaos and terror within the region.

Bertholet’s statement came during the conference “Qatar.. Side Scenes of Middle East crises”. A number of high-profile politicians participate in the conference, including France’s former Foreign Minister Roland Dumas and former runner for French presidential elections François Asselineau.
