A school meal or school lunch is a meal provided to students at school, typically in the middle or beginning of the school day.
Countries all over the world have various kinds of school meal programs.
School meals provide high-energy food with high nutritional values either free, or at economical rates.
The benefits of school meals vary from country to country. While in developed countries the school meal is a source of nutritious meals, in developing countries it is an incentive to send children to school and continue their education.
In developing countries, school meals provide food security at times of crisis and help children to become healthy and productive adults, thus breaking the cycle of poverty and hunger.
In all cases, school meals allow children to focus on their studies, without hunger as a distraction.

1/ Spain:
Vegetable soup, veal with salad, a piece of bread, an orange, a banana and water
2/England:
Pasta with fresh broccoli and slices of bread, with fresh seasonal fruit. Or rice with fresh cauliflower with vegetables, custard cake and bananas.
3/Cuba:
Rice with chicken croquet, a piece of taro and yellow peas soup
4/Singapore:
Healthy snacks of fruit and bread, with natural beans, and barley soup.
5/Pakistan:
Eggs, chicken pieces, bread, rice or pasta, as well as some vegetables, mutton or cooked minced beef.
6/Mali:
Fried Cakes
7/Indonesia:
rice, minced meat soup and vegetables
8/INDIA:
Cakes, turnip, mango
9/France:
rice, salmon, slice of bread, celery salad, orange and donuts
10/United States:
chicken salad , roll of whole grains, fresh red pepper
