The death toll from a Turkish military operation in Syria’s Afrin city rose to 38 civilians, including four children and 10 women, a watchdog said Friday.
At least 53 from the Kurdish fighters were killed in the operation, the Syrian Observatory for Human rights said.
Seven Turkish soldiers and 65 Syrian opposition fighters, allied to Ankara, were also killed. (MENA)
