Sisi witnesses inauguration of “Story of Homeland” conference

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Wednesday witnessed the inauguration of “Story of Homeland” conference, which runs from January 17 to 19 in Cairo.

Parliament Speaker Ali Abdel Aal, Acting Prime Minister and Housing Minister Moustafa Madbouli, Grand Imam of Al Azhar Sheikh Ahmed el Tayyeb and Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria and Patriarch of Saint Mark Diocese are present at the event.

The conference comes as part of Sisi’s keenness to increase societal participation and enhance youths’ role in supporting the government’s efforts to implement national projects and economic development plans. (MENA)
