The National Council for Human Rights (NCHR) called on citizens to take part in the presidential elections slated for March to express their opinion freely.
In a statement released on Thursday, the Council underlined that it will implement its schedule to activate the network of the civil society organizations that will observe the polls and have the permission from the National Election Authority (NEA).
The NCHR announced also that training workshops will be organized for the observers of the elections in governorates so as to train them on monitoring mechanisms, documenting all the stages of the electoral process and abiding by the directives of the NEA.
The observers will be trained also on forming an operation room, preparing final reports on the electoral process and connecting with the NCHR and NEA operation rooms. (MENA)
