International coalition warplanes on Wednesday launched five air strikes targeting tunnels used by Daesh terrorist group in western Anbar governorate, in the western region of Iraq, Anbar Operations Command announced.
Al-Sumariya News TV, quoting Anbar Command, said the airstrikes destroyed four tunnels for Daesh in al Selageya district to the north of the international road in Anbar.
Meanwhile, Iraqi security forces destroyed four hideouts for Daesh and dismantled explosive charges in Hamareen basin in northeast of Baaqouba, Diyala governorate.
