The Center for Middle East Studies in Paris includes prominent writers such as; the head of the International Counter-Terrorism Observatory, Roland Jacquard, and the terrorist strategist at the UN Security Council, Richard Labévière, and Ian Hamel, a researcher and terrorism specialist.

In this context, Roland Jacquard warned of the Qatari support for all Islamist movements after the establishment of more than 2000 institutions supported by Qatar in various countries to finance terrorism.

Labévière confirmed that the main beneficiaries of terrorist crimes in the region are the Muslim Brotherhood.
