President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi welcomed the guests of the World Youth Forum, addressing Noble Prize Laureate Nadia, who spoke about the raping of Yazidi women. President Al-Sisi paid tribute to all participants in the World Youth Forum in Sharm El-Sheikh, following the opening of the memorial commemorating humanity on the precious Sinai land on the sidelines of the forum.
“Sharm el-Sheikh is the East and West, the destination of peace seekers, the land of God and the prophets, and I express my great thanks and gratitude to all those present at the World Youth Forum,” Sisi said at the opening session of the forum.
“The president said that the youth of Egypt are the ones who drafted the first letters in the book of Egyptian civilization, pointing out that the enthusiasm of youth confirms their determination to lead the future during the coming period.
President Sisi said that the Egyptian youth has been able to counter terrorism during the past period with art and culture before holding the weapon, and worked to start building the nation with an accelerated plan racing time.
“The youth of Egypt is the most important figure in the battle of nation-building that Egypt is waging in the midst of the many challenges that beset nations and civilizations around us,” Sisi said.
President Sisi also called upon the youth of Egypt to hold a constructive dialogue at the World Youth Forum, urging them to pursue their dreams.
The President said that he will work with the Egyptians to spread the message of building, development and justice, armed with the blessings of the unique Egyptian civilization, and its distinguished personality. “Long live humanity. Long live civilization.”
The President announced that he will support the initiative of the Egyptian youth to return to humanity and work to establish the rules of peace and love and to be aligned with the human civilization dialogue based on the teachings of the tolerant religions.
Al-Sisi said: “In this place, a first brick was erected for a memorial that reminds us that God has entrusted life to the hearts of human beings and we have to preserve the trust of God in our hearts. I will work with Egyptians to spread the messages of building, development and justice. … and we will say it together: “Long Live Humanity, Long Live Peace and Long Live Civilization.”
