A major military operation: The Syrian army continues to clear Idlib of Nusra remnants

The Syrian army continues its major military operation to liberate the Syrian province of Idlib and the northern and north-western parts of the north and north of the Hama, which the army began several days ago. It managed to control several strategic hills and towns in the region, such as Al Bana Al Janahera, Tel Osman, Kafr Nebuda, after the defeat of elements of the Nusra organization, which controls the region.

On Friday, May 24, 2019, the Syrian army succeeded in finding a field hospital under the control of the terrorist militias in the town of Hawiz, located in the northwestern Hama countryside, during a search of a government irrigation center.

The Syrian National Army found chemical masks, medical and surgical equipment, and a large quantity of medicines, as well as various contact devices, which were used by the terrorist militia.

The Syrian forces also found another field center of the White Helmets, as well as the headquarters of another terrorist organization called “Shield of the Liberals”, which included documents containing names and statements of terrorist elements in the ranks of the organization.

On Friday, May 24, 2019, the Russian Defense Ministry announced the success of the Syrian army in repelling terrorist attacks by the Sham Liberation Organization in the southwestern part of Idlib province, killing 350 terrorists, destroying 5 tanks and a combat vehicle and 27 pickup trucks.

The Russian Defense Ministry said it had detected the arrival of more than 800 armed men and three combat vehicles to transport 7 tanks and 15 trucks with heavy machine guns, to the area of ​​reducing the escalation in Idlib, in addition to four suicide cars; to penetrate the defenses of the Syrian army forces.
