Azhar mourns martyrs of N. Sinai terror attack

(MENA) – Al Azhar on Friday mourned the martyrs of North Sinai terror attack that targeted an armoured vehicle while conducting a security patrol, killing one officer and other five soldiers.

In a statement, Al Azhar stressed that terror attacks will not hinder the efforts of police and army to protect the nation and fulfill their duties.

The highest seat of world’s Sunni Muslim learning called on the Egyptians to side with the Armed Forces in their war against terrorism.

While extending condolences to Egyptian people and families of martyrs, Al Azhra reiterated its support for the Armed Forces, police and all state institutions to uproot terrorism.
