The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said Sunday that Syrian opposition factions took control of four villages in eastern and southeastern the countryside of Idlib from the regime forces, US-based al Hurra channel reported.
Violent clashes broke out between the regime and opposition forces in different areas of eastern and southeastern the countryside of Idlib, where the opposition gained control of al Gadanya, Tel Khaznah, al Wabeda and Zarzor villages, SOHR said.
It also said that the regime forces renewed their bombardment of different areas in Ghouta, eastern the countryside of Damascus.
The forces launched 20 missiles on eastern Ghouta in the past 24 hours, it added. (MENA)
