Elinora… who the Egyptian love her

After my graduation from college in 2013, I decided to improve my English, so I went to study the language in the coastal city of Brighton, in England. At the beginning, I felt very alienated because this was the first time I moved away from my warm family. I was 21 years old; when I met an Italian girl came from Turin, in northern Italy, to study English too. I felt this girl look like the Egyptians as she was smiling all the time. She was welcoming everyone. She was very kind to me. I felt the warmth of the East with her. She embraced me and became the closest friend.

We share our time together, spending the weekend; even we join the same school projects. She was a good friend to me. I sew many skills in her personality as she was writing and blogging, she also love any ancient thing, in addition to her loving to the history, she was spending the school holiday to stroll in the museums «Brighton» Monitor the history of the English and their clothes through the ages and their rulers.

She never has forgotten to roam the streets of the city taking pictures here and there. Briefly she has eyes that appreciate the art so with her camera she keep recording everything that is remarkable and worthy. She is always surprised by my words about Egypt as I am a great lover to my country and its history. She always asked me if i could read hieroglyphics, I smiled to her and respond This is the language of my ancestors 7000 years ago.

She has a passion for taking and asking about Tutankhamun. She is fascinated by his beauty and read an Italian book about him when she was in school. I narrated her a lot of stories about Egypt’s history, picturesque places so she become very energetic and enthusiastic about Egypt. When we finished studying the language, I invited her to visit Egypt.

This was her first time in Egypt. I organized a comprehensive program to visit many places. I took her to the pyramids, the Egyptian museum and the tower and accompanied her to experience the famous Egyptian cuisine.

Our friendship has been strong and our communication has continued through the Internet until it surprised me before the end of 2017, that it was planning to visit Egypt. I received this news with great joy and arranged everything I had waited her with my family and start her second trip to Egypt, which she spoke about in her message to Albawaba News.
