Immigration Minister Nabila Makram headed for Paris on Thursday on the first leg of a foreign tour that aims to encourage Egyptians abroad to participate in the coming presidential election, in which expatriates will be able to cast their ballots on March 16, 17 and 18.
In pre-departure statements, Makram said she will have a meeting with the Egyptian communities living in the countries included in her tour to urge them to take part in the coming presidential elections and exercise their constitutional right in expressing their opinions. (MENA)
