Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, the commander of the Libyan National Army(LNA), ordered the Libyan troops to chase takfiris who headed to the south, a military source said On Tuesday.
The source told THE REFERNCE that the LNA targets a number of districts such as Dar Boraq, Wady Al-Bawanees, Tareeq Al-Nahr, Beni Waleed and Al-Shwirf as part of an all-out military operation to wipe out kakfiri hotbeds in Libya.
The source added that the LNA had killed Ahmed Amina, a top takfiri and brother of Ali Amina Ansar al-Sharia in Ajdabiya. The source noted that LNA troops are attacking targets in Al-Sadada.
Ibrahim al-Jadhran, former head of the Petroleum Facilities Guard in Libya’s oil crescent, is believed to have fled to Al-Sadada, near Beni Waleed.
