Mokhtar al-Ghabashi, a political analyst and vice president of the Arab Center for Political and Strategic Studies, said the four-way summit in Turkey would be a research summit to discuss the situation in the Northern Province of Idlib and the crisis of terrorist groups in that province would not be resolved.
