Al-Nokta Mosque, located near Mount Goshen, is the main center of Shiism in the city of Aleppo and its countryside. There are two villages from Aleppo suburbs that are completely Shiite, Zahra and Nabil. There are other villages where Iranian sheikhs are spread to spread Shiism.
Iran claims that the Al-Nuqta mosque contains a rock with a drop of blood from the blood of Ras al-Hussein bin Ali, so it took control of it after the withdrawal of armed factions from the city in 2016, and then turned Iran into the largest mosque for Shiism and the spread of Shiism in the city of Aleppo.
A large number of Iranian sheikhs visit this mosque every year to take blessings, and many Shiite books and leaflets are distributed.
Islamic Reconstruction and Charity Association
According to the study, this association is considered one of the most important associations in Aleppo.
The association receives support from the Shia religious authority and has built a number of hospitals and educational centers, including the Imam Hussein Institute for Islamic Studies.
Aleppo University
The University of Aleppo has become a venue for lectures and seminars on Shiism, Iran and its rise. It has discussed so far more than 50 seminars on the Iranian role in the confrontation of former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein, and the injustice suffered by the Shiites and Umayyads.
With the state preoccupied with the war on terrorist groups, Iran has intensified its educational activities inside the university, and has succeeded in turn a large number of students into Shiism.
Shia Manbij
