The Moroccan people joined hands with King Mohammed VI, after the campaign launched by Algeria against him under the sponsorship of Turkey, after the liberation of the Guerguerat border crossing.
Moroccans have united behind the king’s hashtag a red line, indicating that they are standing by King Mohammed VI and clinging to him in light of the media attack led by Turkey.
The hashtag “Trend” was published on Twitter, less than 24 hours after its launch, in which Moroccan citizens condemned the attack on their symbols in the campaign against Morocco since the liberation of the Guerguerat border crossing and the expulsion of the Polisario Front militias.
Within the Moroccan people’s solidarity with the king of their country, a Moroccan commentator wrote: The Algerian regime is shocked by the Kingdom’s success as the first African country to launch a successful national vaccination campaign at a time when Algeria failed, despite it being considered one of the oil-producing countries.
Moroccan commentators added that the Algerian regime is always keen to embody Morocco as an enemy country to distract the Algerian people from its main issues, especially in light of the political rivalries that the country faces at the top of the hierarchy of power.
Also, a group of Moroccan Facebook activities unified the image of “profiles” on their pages of pictures of King Mohammed VI, accompanied by more than one hashtag such as “insulting the country’s symbols is a red line and no condolences for the haters, and we are all with King Mohammed VI.”
The human rights activist, Bushra Shakir, wrote a blog post on her personal account on Facebook, in which it was stated: The king of the country is a red line, and the eastern neighbor, through one of her platforms, has crossed all limits, and touched the person of the king, who is one of the most important symbols of Moroccans, and we as a people denounce these childish behavior We declare that we stand by His Majesty the King in all sovereign decisions in the face of everyone who has allowed himself to dare to Morocco with all its constants.
This insult to King Mohammed VI comes in the context of a systematic campaign led by the Algerian official media under the auspices of Turkey, since Morocco’s success in liberating the Guerguerat border crossing and expelling the Polisario Front militias.
