The Muslim Brotherhood in the United States considers the election victory of Joe Biden as a victory for itself.
This explains why the Brotherhood was actively campaigning for Biden among Muslims and back Americans during the elections.
The Brotherhood used the pitfalls of the administration of former president Donald Trump in convincing Muslims and black Americans to vote for Biden.
The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), which is affiliated to the Muslim Brotherhood, has launched the 100-day plan which includes a forecast of the measures Biden is expected to take during his first 100 days in power.
100-day plan
The plan is similar to the one the Brotherhood launched when Muslim Brotherhood president Mohamed Morsi took over in Egypt in June 2012.
It launched the plan to assess the performance of the president during his first 100 days in power.
The plan gives insights into the parochial nature of the Muslim Brotherhood thinking in dealing with international affairs.
The measures the Brotherhood believes the new American president has to take are all related to Muslims and migrants, especially after Trump made a series of restrictive laws in this regard.
CAIR said it had notified the US Council of Muslim Organizations about the 100-day plan. The plan accuses Trump of doing injustice to minorities and Muslims across the United States.
The fact is that the Muslim Brotherhood had used all developments in the United States in the past few years to serve its own agenda.
