Abolishing the decision of prevent “Heidi Rasekh” from running her money

The Cairo Criminal Court, headed by Judge Mohamed Amer Gadou, overturned the Public Prosecution’s decision to prevent Heidi Rakesh, the wife of Alaa Mubarak, from running her real estate, liquid and movable property.

A decision was made to hold Heidi’s property, after the investigation by Regulator proved illegal acquisition and possession, And by exploiting her husband’s influence.

Previously, the Unjust enrichment agency issued decrees against the funds and property of former President Hosni Mubarak, his two sons, Alaa and Gamal, and their wives and minor children, as well as preventing them from leaving the country, in light of investigations conducted by the Regulator.
